Do You Have a Billing Question?
DTC’s billing is handled offsite and located in Amarillo, Texas. Frequent billing questions include:
- Why did my insurance not pay for my bill?
- If I have met my deductible, why am I still responsible for paying?
- Was my correct insurance filed?
- What is this bill for?
- If I have a balance, why have I not received any statements?
If you have these questions, or other billing questions, please call 866-459-7818. The DTC receptionist on-site will only be able to confirm account balances. Please be advised, any balance under $300 will need to be paid in full in order to be seen in the office for an appointment. Any balance over $300 will require a $300 payment, or consistent payments on a pre-arranged payment plan with the billing office.
Please Note: All billing concerns must be resolved prior to the time of your scheduled appointment or your appointment may need to be rescheduled. If you are unable to resolve prior to your appointment, payment following the above terms will be expected in order to be seen.
