Tera Puckett, PA-C

Tera Puckett was raised in Era, Texas. She graduated summa cum laude from Southeastern Oklahoma State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Biological Health Science and her Masters of Physician Assistant Studies from the University of North Texas Health Science Center in Fort Worth, TX.
AS an Anatomy lab instructor at Oklahoma State University, Tera became intrigued with the human body and educated undergraduate students in science. This experience was instrumental in helping Tera decide to pursue a profession in medicine.

She discovered her passion for endocrinology while completing an endocrine rotation during PA school. This passion has continued to grow for the past several years while working in the specialty. Tera fell in love with the city of Fort Worth during PA school and had the opportunity to return when she joined Dr. the Diabetes and Thyroid Center in June 2017. She strives to provide compassionate, individualized patient care. Tera believes in working as a team with the patient to produce a comprehensive care plan that prepares each patient with the tools to help manage their condition.
